Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Flight Pass app for Android ("the app"), made by Studio Bridoux AB ("I", "me"). By using the app you agree to them. If you don't, please uninstall it.

What the app does

Flight Pass keeps your boarding passes on your phone, shows their barcodes at the airport, and adds information about your flights, such as their status, gate, weather and aircraft.

Your boarding pass is the airline's

• The app shows the barcode from the pass you imported. Only the airline and the airport decide whether a boarding pass is valid.
• Always keep the boarding pass your airline gave you, in its app, by email or on paper, in case the barcode can't be read or the airline's rules require it.
• I am not responsible if you are refused boarding or miss a flight.

Flight information may be wrong

• Times, delays, gates, terminals, baggage belts, weather and aircraft details come from public services and can be late, incomplete or wrong.
• Always check the information shown at the airport and the messages from your airline. Don't rely on the app alone to catch a flight.
• Notifications depend on your phone's settings and battery optimisation, and may arrive late or not at all.

What you add to the app

• Only import passes and files that you are allowed to use, such as your own passes or those of people travelling with you who agree to it.
• Your passes stay yours. They are stored on your phone and, if you turn on Google Drive backup, in your own Google account. See the privacy policy.

Google Drive backup

• Backup is optional and uses your own Google account and storage, under Google's terms.
• I do my best to make backups reliable, but I can't guarantee that every backup succeeds or that a backup can always be restored. Keep your own copy of any pass you can't afford to lose.

Purchases and ads

• The free version shows ads. You can remove them with a one-time purchase through Google Play.
• Payments, refunds and restoring the purchase on a new phone are handled by Google Play, under its terms and refund policy.
• The purchase removes ads. It doesn't promise any particular feature in the future.

Changes and availability

• I may change, add or remove features, and update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and significant changes will be mentioned in the app or on this page.
• The app is provided as it is. Features that depend on outside services, such as flight status or Google services, may stop working if those services change.

Liability

As far as the law allows, I am not liable for indirect losses such as missed flights, rebooking costs or lost data that come from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.

The app itself

The app, its design and its code belong to Studio Bridoux AB. You may use it for your own travel. Please don't copy, resell or reverse engineer it. Airline names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify your flights.

Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you live in the EU, you also keep the protection of the consumer law of your country and can bring a dispute there.
